Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within the 30 days following the receipt of your order. The returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received this number, you can send the items back to the specified address. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you of the receipt of your package. If the items comply with our return policy, we will proceed with the refund within the 7 business days.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges provided that the items are in their original condition. However, theOil exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return and refund policy.
